Project Managers are on site to touch base with the day to day changes of any given project. Upon completion, we provide our customers with all documentation and testing results for future reference.
After we pack up the site, Waveguide offers customers 24 hour emergency service support. This has proven to be quite helpful when a customer is faced with the aftermath of critical and often devastating weather conditions or a service rep that happened to cut the wrong line or cable.
